Each fixed price is also a time cap. If a solution would take longer than its hour cap to land properly, we either descope to fit, or we agree the extra hours up front at the hourly rate — never on the back end. All prices exclusive of applicable VAT.

Does the intro call cost anything?
No. The 30-minute intro call is free and doesn't commit you to anything. We'll know quickly whether it's a fit.
Do I have to start with the Audit?
No. If you already know what you need built, go straight to Build. If you want a ongoing senior product hand, go straight to Embedded. The Audit is for "we suspect something's off, but we're not sure where."
Can I buy a single solution à la carte?
Yes. Each of the eight solutions has a fixed per-item price and timeline. Pick from the table above, or browse the full catalog for scope details.
What's not included?
Long-form strategy decks and written reports designed to be read by leadership and then quietly archived. I sell outcomes you can measure, not slides you'd have to defend.
What's the hour cap on a fixed-fee solution?
Each fixed-fee solution has a stated time ceiling — not because work stops at the cap, but because surprise overruns shouldn't be billed silently. If a solution needs more time, we either tighten the scope or agree the extra hours at €90/hour before they're worked. No back-end invoices.
